Ordering and Shipping
* We accept secure online payment through PayPal. We accept debit cards, in addition to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards when processed through the PayPal system.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay by debit or credit card as a transaction through the PayPal system.
Shipping
* We ship UPS and USPS. Please note that during hot weather, candle products are only shipped on certain days to ensure delivery prior to weekends. Typically candles have unique ingredients and low melting-points. Candles can melt if left for any extended period of time in a non-climate controlled environment. Under these conditions, it is possible that your shipment may be held for a few days to ensure that it is shipped and received in a timely fashion without risking damage.
* Your freight charge will vary depending upon the total weight and destination of your order. We will make every attempt to keep shipping charges as affordable as possible. To obtain the best possible rates, if you order multiple products at once, it will keep shipping costs per unit the lowest. We suggest that you order ahead for gift giving, or order with a friend to ensure the most economical shipping rates.
* We make every effort to provide a problem-free delivery. In the event that a problem occurs, please notify us within 10 days of receipt so that we may promptly issue replacements or otherwise remedy your situation. Please retain all boxes and packaging materials. We regret that claims made after the 10 day reporting period cannot be honored.
Flat Fee U. S. Shipping
We generally ship UPS or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Because we save time and expense when shipping multiple products in the same order, we pass those savings on to you. Shipping is definitely most cost effective on a per unit basis when multiple candles are ordered at the same time. Following are shipping fees for the 48 contiguous U.S. states, based on the total dollar amount of an order.
Please note that at this time we will only ship within the United States.
Depending on request and demands for international, we may extend our shipping to foreign countries in the future.
Cost for shipping soap products will be based on weight and size of shipment.
